Six Step

Handglides

notes: It is good to use a beanie or a bandanna around your hand to spin when your first start.
STEP ONE STEP TWO STEP THREE
place your elbow in your gut (find your sweet spot) and balance on the one hand. alot like a one handed crab with your other hand use it push off with so you can spin. use some kind of non-friction item to put on your spinning hand like a sleeve jacket or beanie etc.
STEP FOUR STEP FIVE STEP SIX
the idea of of using the other hand is to gain speed. once you can master spinning around on the one hand, go faster and harder. be prepared to hurt your shoulder in the process. once you have it all down do something fresh like grab your balls or a salute etc.
DOWNROCK (aka Floorrock, Footwork)
The rythmic weaving of legs and feet in a circular motion back and forth low around the axis of the hand that is carrying the dancer's weight. Performed with body close to floor.
