left leg putting all the wieght on your hands
draw a half circle with your
right leg

kick hard enough so it will pull your left
leg with it
So now both you're feet are up
in the air, weight on you're hands and you're legs should be in a V
like position (wide open & pretty straight) Remember you won't be in
this position long so you don't have to worry much about arm strength.

Now the power of the first kick
should bring you a lil' to the left you should land in the same
position you would be in the six step's step
you should land in the same

landing as you can really hurt your hip and knee
FREEZES
Stopping all movement during any sequence of moves. Freezes are often
executed from the most impossible positions so as to be another means
of showing skills.
