notes: keep your arms stiff but not locked
STEP ONE STEP TWO STEP THREE
Fall backwards basically placing one or two hands on the ground puy your hand(s) just below your head kind in line with your shoulder
STEP SIX STEP FIVE STEP FOUR
land in a bridge position with your knees well bent now just push yourself all the way up so your body forms an upside down U try to throw your legs over your head until you are standing up
STEP SEVEN STEP EIGHT STEP NINE
kinda half push off and half fall on to your feet try whipping your legs so they go over your head [steps 5-7] also try forward walkovers using the same techniques although reversed
